In this workshop, she will discuss concrete methods to strengthen collective organization, especially among women, who often face specific forms of precarity or discrimination at work. Drawing on her experience as a nurse and national union representative, the exchange promises to be rich!

Helen O’Connor is a union representative for the British union GMB. She worked for 28 years as a nurse in the British NHS. She writes regularly for the left-wing daily Morning Star.
